We offer yoga classes that are suitable for anyone, young and old. Our aim is to introduce practices that will help members to become better self aware, and live a healthier lifestyle. Our classes are slower paced, and offer details on how to perform each posture. It is non-competitive and most positions are easily modifiable to fit the individual.

We advise to wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat.
